Our Factory
In 1921 in Osaka, Japan, Takara Belmont started manufacturing casting metals for chairs.
As we look to the future, we are fully committed to advancing our expertise. We achieve this by continually innovating and introducing advanced manufacturing facilities and efficient production systems in response to changing times and evolving technologies, and in anticipation of the emerging expectations of dentists and patients. This approach ensures we produce high-quality, innovative products anchored in unrivalled reliability and complete safety.
Our Process
Cell Production Systems
We effectively employ a line production system and a cell production system that our assembly team are expertly capable of adopting. Each assembly worker proudly applies a label showing exactly who assembled the product.
Upholstery Processing Technique
In response to customer demand, our highly trained upholsterers handcraft each chair by using a state-of-the-art staple gun and pressing machine.
Product Inspection
To provide high quality products to all customers, we conduct a thorough inspection of electrical systems and all equipment functions before shipping our products to you.
Machining Technology
We process a broad range of components – from cylinders and ram shafts – to many precision components by ourselves. Core components are inspected for dimensional accuracy to micro-meter levels.
